After 33 years of ministry, 2005 closes the final chapter for one of Christian rock's pioneering and best-known recording artists. With album sales in excess of 7 million units, the Grammy and Dove award-winning band Petra has announced its plans for retirement. The band will embark on its Farewell World Tour beginning in September, and will travel throughout North America and abroad through December 2005.

On Sunday, November 13, 2005 at 7:00PM, Petra and special guest Farewell June will perform at the beautiful and historical Edward W. Powers Auditorium in Youngstown, Ohio. Presented by the First Christian Church of Columbiana in conjunction with Electric Shock Music Productions, this event is sure to be a part of history.
