PETRA: FAREWELL on DVD: According to CMC Distribution, responsible for distribution of all Inpop Records releases in Canada, the DVD version of Petra: Farewell is tentatively scheduled for release on Tuesday, 7 March 2006. Click here for further details regarding the DVD release. In the meantime, the CD version of Petra: Farewell is currently available in stores nationwide. Featuring guest performances from Petra alumni Greg X. Volz and John Lawry, Petra: Farewell was recorded on October 4, 2005 in Franklin, TN. For further information about the CD release, click here.

IMPORTANT SITE NEWS: As many already know, petra.electricshockmusic.com was originally designed with the intentions of being an official site dedicated specifically to Petra's performance in Youngstown, Ohio during its Farewell World Tour. It was intended to be removed a few weeks following the concert performance; however, due to an overwhelming response, the site will remain online by popular demand. Over the course of the next several months, the site will gradually be transformed into a Petra fan site of sorts. In other words, petra.electricshockmusic.com will remain online as a testament to the band's legacy of music, and more importantly, its ministry over the past 33 years. Of course, the site will continue to include all of the information about the Youngstown concert performance, but will expand to include other information as well.
